after an absence last week, i am making up for it with some funky sounds tonight, the first show of november. i found the brother jack mcduff album in a CD store in new haven, connecticut, because i was there with a class looking at louis kahn buildings. we got to a little bit of brazilian music tonight but hopefully a more extended look in the near future. next week is fundraising so hopefully some tunes about money and some money-makin' will go on.
