today's edition of running, returning, unfortunately, cannot exist. i have a ticket to go see keith jarrett in boston at 8. however, the good news in this for you is that ben from musical dope will be picking up my slack and spinning for two hours tonight. so that viagem brasileira will have to wait until next week.

the show begins with some looser recent stuff and ends with a hat trick tribute to hefti. today was the first legit autumnal day in boston yet. before the show i found a hermeto pascoal record filed under H instead of P and i also got my copy of "sujinho" in the mail, so i think next week will be a little trip to brasil.
